Jolene Harvey, CPA

Jolene Harvey, CPA and owner of Harvey, Oliver, & Opsahl LLC, has been a team member since 1999. Jolene came to the company from a major public accounting firm with a strong background in small business development, farm tax planning and tax preparation. Jolene has become one of the region’s top QuickBooks Pro Advisors and provides QuickBooks training and consulting services. Jolene works with small businesses and corporate clients interested in advancing their accounting systems through the use of new technology. Her advanced knowledge of integrated systems allows her to tailor solutions to client needs using the most cost effective methods available.

Michael Oliver, CPA

Michael Oliver, CPA, and owner of Harvey, Oliver, & Opsahl LLC joined the team in the summer of 2019 and is a Certified Expert in Quickbooks Online. Michael teams with individuals, small businesses, and corporate clients to integrate  the latest technology in their operations to help them achieve their financial goals.

Ben Opsahl, EA

Ben Opsahl, EA, and owner of Harvey, Oliver, & Opsahl LLC joined the team in December of 2021. He graduated from Winona State with his Master’s in accounting. Ben helps with the preparation of tax returns and works with clients to reach their desired financial goals. Growing up in Goodhue, Ben enjoys getting to know the members of Southeastern Minnesota and helping the community grow.

Colton Burke, CPA

Colton started at Harvey, Oliver, & Opsahl LLC in 2025. He graduated from Winona State University with a Master’s degree in Accounting and afterwards obtained a CPA license. Colton has been in public accounting since 2023. Colton's hobbies include watching sports, being active, golfing, and spending time with loved ones and friends!
